Out of the blue, I received the 2020 drama Ammonite on a MOD Blu-ray from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. I didn't like the film. The review link is up above if anyone wants to read it.

Sorry you weren't feeling well. I like the sound of The Umbrella Lady — old-school gothic suspense!
ReplyDeleteI never knew that Andrew Neiderman was VC Andrews ghost writer (until just now when I looked it up). How interesting that they had a ghost writer take over after her death. Was he finishing series for her? It seems so odd!

Upon her death, V. C. Andrews had started writing the Flowers in the Attic prequel, Garden of Shadows, and Fallen Hearts, book three in the Casteel series. Her family and the publishing company hired Neiderman to finish those two books and write two more Casteel novels based on V. C. Andrews's notes. Every book after that were Neiderman's creations.
DeleteHope you feel better this week! The V.C. Andrews looks interesting!
