Billy's Answer
I haven't been on a real vacation in many years. When (and if) I go on a vacation, yes, I would probably take a book with me. Or, even better, I'll take along my Kindle because it takes less space.

Kindles definitely much easier than a load of physical books!
ReplyDeleteYep! Books can weigh a suitcase down.
DeleteI usually bring a book regardless. It all just depends on what I'm reading at the time if it's a real book or kindle.

Have a GREAT day!

If I'm reading a Stephen King novel, then it would probably be the only book I would bring along. His books tend to be lengthy.
DeleteI forget how easy it is to get to the beach or nice countryside in the UK for a holiday - we are almost as land locked as you can get and it's no more than a 2 and a half hour drive to get to the sea.
ReplyDeleteI'm so with you on the kindle - so much choice of reading material in such a small device.
I have "lots" of books on my Kindle for a rainy day (or a sunny day).
DeleteI haven't been on a vacation in a while, either, but when I did, I did bring books! I'll always bring books, and probably too many!
ReplyDeleteI take my Kindle everywhere! So yes, I too would have plenty of books to read when I get to go on holiday. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good weekend, Billy. x
