Most doctors will probably recommend old-fashioned dieting and exercising to help you lose weight, but most people today are lazy and want everything to happen within seconds, as people want to slim down in time to visit the beach at Boca Raton, Florida.
Not unless you want to have painful surgery, the only other option is coolsculpting, which is a new way to sculpt your body without surgery and is a great way to get rid of the that extra layer of fat that just won't come off no matter how much you exercise and diet. There are many dermatologists, such as Dr. Hershthal, that can preform this procedure. It basically involves freezing your fat cells until they fall off. It may sound easy, but it can be a bit costly if your on a budget.
Personally, I don't have the cash to get liposuction or coolsculpting, but I have tried different dietary supplements. Yes, I'm well aware there are a few diet pills that are harmful, but the ones I have tried have natural ingredients and are not harmful. Unfortunately, I have only been able to lose a few pounds using these, as my metabolism is a little stubborn.
Exercising daily is a key factor in losing weight, but getting into a good routine takes some time. I struggled with exercising last year, but I got in a good routine at the beginning of the year when I started P90X3. I didn't drop very many pounds from the workout program, but I did gain some strength in my legs and arms. Plus, I did drop one pant-size. I took a week break after I finished the program with the intent of starting a round of the 'doubles' schedule, but I got the flu last Sunday and I'm still recovering from being sick. If I continue to get better, I'm planning on starting the program again on Monday.
