Billy's Answer

I don't believe a "book lunch" would be a good idea. Many people who don't use their lunch hour for eating are probably using their time for more important things, such as calling your their ones, playing bills online, etc.. Personally, I don't mind reading during lunch time. I used to read during lunch when I was in high school during the late '90s. Nowadays, I just read either in the early mornings or late at night.

  1. I mean I do read my book during my lunch break as I always bring lunch to work. But I've never been much of a book club person as I read at a different pace than others. I use to read more during the day, but things changed and now I find I only get that 30 minutes at lunch because my days are so busy.

    Here's my Book Blogger Hop

    Have a GREAT day!

  2. I work in a bookstore so every lunch is a book lunch for me. But I would like a dedicated gathering like a bookclub to chat with my coworkers about a book that we all read together.

  3. You make a good point, but I assume it wouldn't be compulsory, nor every day.

  4. I went with yes, because it's not lunch, it's a time to just read. And time to read would definitely improve morale!

  5. I am a review blogger too. I generally find book bloggers to be quite helpful because they bring my attention to books I would've never heard of if it wasn't for them
