Book Blogger Hop: Left, Center, Right, or Justify

Welcome to the Book Blogger Hop!

This Week's Prompt:

When writing reviews, do you align your text to the left, center, right, or justify it?
╍Submitted by Billy, Coffee-Addicted Writer.

My Answer:

I believe it was about a year or so ago that I started using justified alignment in my reviews. I prefer this style because it gives a cleaner look, especially for my blog's layout. I really need to take the time to update all my past reviews, which includes fixing missing images and rewriting or revisiting some of them. However, since I’ve been blogging since 2009, there are a lot of reviews that need attention.

  1. I hear you on wanting to fix old reviews but being overwhelmed. I have so many pictures I need to fix, but I just don't have the inclination to spend hours doing it. So I do a few at a time when the mood strikes, usually at random. At least it's better than nothing.

  2. I've been blogging since 2009 as well and I think I've pretty much always just aligned to the left since that was the default and essentially how I've written everything on a computer since the beginning. I don't even want to look at those early day posts as I know a lot of things will be messy since I changed my blog layout and coloring over the years as well! Plus those early reviews are probably scary. Lol.

    1. I had gone with the standard default too. However, my blog's layout has changed over the years, and the justify looks better.

  3. I’ve been always left-aligned. For me, left alignment feels clean, natural, and easiest on the eyes — especially for longer reviews. Happy Reading!

  4. I do all my reviews and blogging on my phone now. I just leave it as it is. I do have headings and bold bits to try and make it clear.

    Have a great weekend!
