My Answer:
Most of the series I read consist of more than three books. I still have never gotten around to reading the Lord of the Rings, and I still need read the last two Hunger Games books. I've read the Fear Street Saga (the original three), Fear Street Nights Trilogy, and 99 Fear Street: The House of Evil Trilogy, which all are written by R.L. Stine. I have read the Gemini Series by V.C. Andrews (ghostwriter).

Review:

Author Tricia Goyer is back with the second installment in the Seven Brides For Seven Bachelors series, which I received a free copy from Litfuse Publicity and Zondervan in exchange for my honest review.

The Promise Book takes place in the Amish community of West Kootenai, Montana, where single Amish men travel to and stay for six months, typically from the spring to the fall. These men are there to hunt, but the majority of them leave with brides.

Lydia Wise had left the Amish lifestyle years ago. She has been living in Seattle, Washington as a book editor, but she returns to Kootenai after her mother's death. While going through her mother's belongings, she discovers a Promise box containing scriptures and prayers that slowly brings her closer to her Amish heritage.
