  2. Oh nice! I actually want to read this one at some point! I've watched the (original) movie with my mom several times growing up! Though I'm wondering how different the movie is than the book because of that! Lol!

  5. Oh, is this the basis of the new Netflix offering? I've not come across it before.

    1. Well, the Netflix series is loosely based on the book. The Hill House setting and names of the characters are used, but everything else is completely different.

  6. Well, I've just checked out this book on Goodreads, and no, I would not be able to read it. This book is definitely NOT for non-horror readers like me! Lol.
