My Answer:

At one time I had a small reading group on "MSN Groups," but all the groups were eliminated, which lead me to start this blog. Originally, I started out just blogging about the books I was reading, but after awhile I started getting requests to review titles, and the rest is history.

  2. I started out just reviewing the books I was reading as well and then discovered NetGalley and fell down that particular rabbit hole and nothing's been the same!

  3. I think everyone starts out just to get out their thoughts on what they are reading.. Then it turns into connecting with other book lovers and so on from there. I think it's an excellent thing we are doing here!

  6. Hi Billy! My answer is kind of similar. There was a website for moms I visited frequently, but they got sold to a larger company and the focus changed ... so I had to have something to keep me out of trouble! *lol*

    Here's my Friday Bookish Post.

  8. I used to belong to a couple MSN groups too. :-) Most of the online book groups I was more active in though were Yahoo groups. Still am, although, not nearly as active. Blogging kind of took over. Thanks for sharing!
