I'm sure most people have have seen bottles of essential oils around the candles aisle in department stores. No, these aren't oils you can use for frying, but they can be used in dozens of ways, such as a cleaning solution, face masks, an air freshener, aromatherapy, etc..

My first introduction to essential oils was last year when I used a few drops of peppermint oil in a seaweed face mask. I now own two oil diffusers (one in the kitchen and one in my bedroom). Just add a little water and a drop or two of oil in the diffuser and it'll quickly refreshes any room. It also works wonders for your sinuses as a humidifier.

One of my favorite scent to use is Lavender! Also known as Lavandula, it comes from the genus of 39 known species of the Lamiaceae mint family. The extract oil from these flowers is known to have as antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.

I received the 100% Pure & Natural Lavender Essential Oil (4 oz) from goPURE about a month ago to test out and review.  It has a Therapeutic Grade  with no synthetics or harmful additives.

Let me start out by stating that this is a big bottle of lavender oil, so it should last a very long time. I've only used it in my oil diffusers, which I only need a drop or two mixed with water for one session. The more organic the oils are, the healthier it is for your body. Overall, I do like the 100% Pure & Natural Lavender Essential Oil as it great scent and it quickly freshens the room.
