Organic Dandelion Root Tea Review

Some of my blog readers may be a bit shocked that I'm reviewing a tea instead of a coffee brand, but the truth is that I've started to like tea just as much as coffee.

Yesterday, I was sent five 20 sachets boxes of Organic Dandelion Root Tea form KissMe Organics. Now I've never heard of a dandelion tea before, so I had to to do a little research before trying out the tea. After a quick internet search, I learned that dandelion roots are highly rich in beta-carotene, which can be turned into Vitamin A. It also contains iron, potassium, zinc, calcium, fiber, phosphorus, Vitamin C, magnesium and Vitamin D.

Dandelion root has many health benefits including:

Liver & Kidney Detox
Aids Digestion
Aids Gallbladder
Fights Cancer with Antioxidants
Fights Diabetes
Lowers Cholesterol
Lowers High Blood Pressure
Reduces Inflammation Throughout the Body
Boost the Immune System

As you can see from what I discovered, there are plenty of healthy reasons why a person should use dandelion root. There is a little twist to this tea as it also contains hibiscus and cinnamon, which also supports blood pressure and blood sugar. Some herbal teas can have a funky scent to them, but this tea has a nice cinnamon scent. Besides from the fact there is no caffeine in the tea (I'm a caffeine lover!), I have absolutely enjoyed every sip (two cups so far) of this heavenly tasting tea.
