Rip Toned Lifting Belt Review

While I haven't been lifting weights this year, I'm planning on adding it to my workouts in March. I already own several weight bars & plates and dumbbells, but the one thing I don't have is a good lifting belt. Well, that is until I received the Rip Toned Lifting Belt a few weeks ago.

Now, the only other weight lifting belt I have ever owned was a belt that I bought at Walmart that was on clearance several years ago. The packaging said it was a large, but it was more of a medium-size as I couldn't wear it.

The Rip Toned Lifting Belt comes in four different sizes - Small, Medium, Large and X-large. Once again I picked the large size, but this time it actually fit my around my waist. The belt seems to be well-made. It has a solid metal clasp and long & wide Velcro strip for fastening.

I haven't had enough time to try lifting weights while wearing the belt, but I have done several old-fashioned squats and I haven't had a problem. Actually, I have had stiffness in my lower back and I was able to do the squats without having any back pains. Overall, I do like the Rip Toned Lifting Belt as I think it is a great way to give your abs and your lower back extra support during a workout.
