Habanero Salsa by SalsaCrazy Review

Some of my readers may recall me reviewing several learn-to-dance DVDs from DanceCrazy/SalsaCrazy. Well, now, I'm reviewing another product from the company, but this isn't a dancing workout, but instead it is a salsa.

The Habanero Salsa comes in a 16 fl. oz jar and it has 10 calories per serving (2 tsp.). It contains Tomatoes, Green Chiles, Corn, Onion, Garlic, Vinegar, Serrano & Red Habanero Chile Peppers, Fresh Lime, Salt, Chipotle Chile Pepper, Red Bell Pepper and Sugar!

The habanero chili originally originated from the Amazonas region. It eventually spread to Mexico and other parts of the world, including parts of the United States. At one time it was considered to be one of the hottest peppers in the world.

I always like to use lots of salsa on my taco salads, but finding a good tasting salsa is hard to find as many brands are either bland or are way too sweet. The Habanero Salsa by SalsaCrazy costs about $14, which may seem a little steep for just one jar of salsa. However, this salsa has a wonderful homemade taste and the ingredients are more healthier than others that I have tired. Now this salsa definitely has a kick to it, mostly thanks to the hasbanero peppers, but it isn't too hot. Overall, I have enjoyed eating the Habanero Salsa with tortilla chips and I recommend it to others.

You can purchase the Habanero Salsa on Amazon.com.
