Caralluma Fimbriata Review

I'm sure most people have heard about the numerous controversies involving the dietary supplements recommended by Dr. Oz. Now we all know that there is no such thing as a magic cure, so taking a few supplement isn't going to help you burn fat quickly. However, if you are already exercising regularly and have a healthy diet, then a dietary supplement can aid in your weight loss goals. Note: Just because a dietary supplement works for one person doesn't mean it will for somebody else.

Recently, I was sent a bottle of Caralluma Fimbriata. I know exactly what you are thinking... What is Caralluma Fimbriata? Well, Caralluma Fimbriata is a succulent plant (a member of the cactus plant). It has been used in India for centuries as a portable food as it has the ability to surpress appetites. Scientists have now made an extract out of the plant, so it can be used as a dietary supplement.

The brand that I have been trying is Rami Naturals. It contains 1000mg per serving (two capsules), so one bottle will last you one month. It is suppose to help control your appetite, slows down fat storage and will assist with your overall weight-loss goals. It can also help with irritability,  mood swings, low energy, food cravings, fatigue and overeating.

I've been taking this supplement for five days and for the most part I do like it as I haven't had those food cravings in the middle of the afternoon, though I haven't seen any weight-loss since I been taking this. I'm going to continue to take the supplement for the rest of the month. If I do see any weight-loss, I will update this review.

You can purchase the supplement on Amazon.com!
