Green Tes is available in many forms, such as Matcha, tea bags and dietary supplements. A few days ago I received a bottle (60 capsules) of Green Tea Complex dietary supplement from PureNatureFit. Each capsule has 500mg of Green Tea Leaf (98% extract)! The label recommends taking 1 capsule twice a day with a meal. It can help support theromogenisis, helps fat oxidation and it gives an antioxidant boost.

Let me start out my saying that a dietary supplement will only work without a healthy diet and a daily exercise routine. Plus, just because a dietary supplement works for one person, it doesn’t mean it will work for somebody else as all our bodies are made different. Like I already said, I have only had this supplement a few days, therefore I haven't had it long enough to see any weight loss, but I have seen a slight boost in energy for the last two days. I've only been taking one capsule a day with my lunch and I have had an extra boost of energy during my nightly Tae Bo workouts. Overall, I do like Green Tea Complex. I haven't had any unwanted jitters or seen any side effects.
