"A New Me In 2015": Extreme NO2 Review + Giveaway

I hope nobody has given up on their New Year's Resolutions for 2015, which many of you are probably trying to get into shape and drop those extra pounds before summer arrives. If you are planning on lifting weights or doing some sort of high intensity workout, then you are going to have to increase your protein intake, drink more water and make sure to take the proper vitamins.

Now building muscle through weight lifting can help you burn off fat and many people use a NO2 formula to help them supercharge their workouts and speed up their recovery afterward.

For the past two weeks, I have been trying out the Extreme NO2 dietary supplement from Tiger Elite which is suppose to increase recovery time, muscle strength and energy and stamina. It is also good for your heart and can increase blood flow everywhere in a male's body!

The main ingredients include:

L-Arginine Blend
A-AKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate)
A-KIC (arginine ketoisocaporate)
OKG (ornithine alpha ketoglutarate)
GKG (glutamine alpha-ketoglutarate)

Other ingredients include: Magnesium Stearate, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose and Stearic Acid.

Let me start out my stating that dietary supplements do not work for everyone. Just because someone will have great results from taking a supplement doesn't mean the next person will. Everybody's body is different, therefore supplements will give everyone different results.

I'm new to the world of NO2, but the first thing I noticed about this supplement is that it doesn't have any caffeine in it, which is a good think if you are looking for a more natural pre-workout supplement. There are 90 capsules in one bottle and it is recommended that you take 6 capsules a day - 3 before your workout and 3 afterward, so basically one bottle will last you about 15 days.

Now I'm not currently lifting weights, but I have restarted some kickboxing workouts right after Christmas, which I do use weight gloves and ankle weights. I take the recommended dosage before and after my workouts and I've seen okay results. My mind is slightly clearly and my body is more lose by the time I start the workout. About midway through the workouts (which are normally around 60 minutes) I get an extra boost of endurance out of nowhere. I have also noticed that I'm not as sore the next day either since I have been taking this. Overall, I have enjoyed trying out the Extreme NO2 and I have seen some results from it, though I do miss the caffeine.
