"A New Me In 2015": 180 Burn Review

In my attempt to drop a few pounds in 2015, I have been trying out different dietary supplements. Yes, I'm well aware that there is no such thing as a magic pill and that just because a supplement works for one person doesn't mean it will work for me.

That being said, I received my bottle of 180 Burn (60 capsules) about two weeks ago. Typically, I would wait a little bit longer before writing a review on a supplement, but since I have seen some results already from it, I wanted to go ahead and write my review.

180 Burn was created to help men speed up their metabolism, burn body fat and reduce appetite. Though it contains 103 mg of caffeine per serving, the supplement will give you a boost of energy without having the jitters.

Two of the more popular dietary supplements in the last few years are Raspberry Ketone and Garcinia Cambogia. Yes, there has been a debate whether these supplements actually help you lose weight. However, there have been many people that have said that these supplements do work to curb your appetite.

The ingredients in the 180 Burn are:

Green Coffee Beans (50% chlorogenic acid)
Raspberry Ketone (99% extract)
Garcinia Cambogia (50% extract)
Caffeine Canhydrous
Green Tea Extract (95% polyphenois, 70% catechins, 45% EGCG and 3% caffeine)

Other Ingredients include: Gelatin, rice flour, vegetable magnesium stearate and silica.

Let me start off my final thoughts by saying that I have lost four pounds since Dec. 26th, which is the date that I started exercising daily. Since January 1st, I have been eating healthier by eliminating all sodas from diet. I now snack on celery sticks and I eat at least one salad per day. Like I already said, I have only been taking the 180 Burn for about 14 days, which I have lost two pounds during that time. I don't know if the weight loss is from my eating changes, the daily workouts or from the supplements or from a combination of all three. I guessing the latter has something to do with it. The directions for 180 Burn recommends taking two capsules daily (one in the morning and one in the afternoon), I started out taking one capsule for the first few days as I have been taking a multivitamin and another supplement at the same time. However, I did increase to two capsules daily after one week of use. I haven't seen any side effects so far. There is a lot of caffeine in one capsule, so I wouldn't recommend this to someone that is sensitive to caffeine. Along with the four pounds drop, I have have loss an inch on my waist. Overall, I have been impressed with the 180 Burn!
