Easter Gift Guide: BigLather Bath Sponge

While setting up this Easter Gift Guide, I wanted to include a wide variety of products, from books and movies to anything out of the ordinary. I received several great pitches from different companies, but I only picked out the ones I thought would make unique gifts for Easter. One of the pitches I accepted was the BigLather Bath Sponge by En-Theos.

Yes, I'm well aware that there are several other bath sponges and face scrubs on the market today. Actually, I have been using the Dove Men Duel-sided Shower Tool to scrub my neck after I shave, but despite how durable it looks, the mesh/scrub lasts about three months before I have to replace it.

The BigLather Bath Sponge comes in both a regular sponge and a soft sponge, which you can purchase in a two pack for $12.00. It may sound a little pricey at first, but when you consider that you probably go through five or six different scrubs or shower sponges a year, the price is more than reasonable.

What makes the BigLather unique, is that an irregular bar of soap (not included with the sponges) can be placed inside the sponge, as you can see in the Youtube video below. The main purpose of the BigLather is still help people save money by not having to buy liquid shower soaps anymore. One big bottle of shower body-wash soap barely lasts two weeks for me, as it takes quite a bit to make a lather. With the BigLather Bath Sponge you no longer have to worry about buying liquid soaps again. All you have to do is wet the sponge and lather up. Once the bar starts to shrink, just slide back the cord and replace it with a new bar of soap. By ditching the liquid soap, you can save up to $100 a year!

Over the last month, I have tried out the soft BigLather Bath Sponge and I am loving it. The sponge is easy to use and comes with a wire hook to hang the sponge in the shower. The BigLather Bath Sponge would make a thoughtful Easter gift for almost anyone, young or old.
