A Nifty Gift Idea - Custom Posters

*This is sponsored post. All opinions are 100% mine.

The holiday shopping season has begun. If you are like me, I try to avoid shopping in the crowded stores by buying gifts online. Typically, I have most of my of my shopping done a month before Christmas Day, but there are usually a couple of people that are hard to buy for. So I have to think outside of my comfort zone and find a unique gift.

Everyone loves photos, right? A unique Christmas gift idea I came up with, is a custom poster. What do I mean by a [custom poster]?

You can take any family portrait, a pet's picture, a school photo, a vacation photo, etc., and have it blown up to 18 x 24 or a 24 x 36 for custom poster printing. This will make a thoughtful gift, perhaps more than an ordinary gift card.

Shortrunposters offers affordable custom poster printing over the Internet. It only takes a few minutes to create an account. You can see products here and you can choose what size you want for your poster. If you get the branded type (the company's logo is printed on the back of the poster) you get a discount. You can also add lamination to your poster which adds a 1.5 Mil thick plastic film over it. Next, you need to upload your photo and click "Add to Cart." Finally, you get to choose the production time and what shipping you want to use. What is neat, is that you can sign back into the site anytime you want to track the process of your order. Additionally, you can have the poster mounted to a white 3/16 Foam Core. There is also optional calendar slides, a thin metal slip with a nail hole to hang up your poster.

This year if you don't want to struggle over finding that one perfect gift for your loved one, you can order a personal poster online and have it shipped to you in time for Christmas morning.
