In the first story, The Ghostly Granny, Kelly and her family have a problem; they cannot get Granny Deaver to leave. She is not even their really grandma. She is a friend of their grandma’s sister. After Granny Deaver dies, she does not leave. Her ghost stays and haunts the family. What will Kelly do to get rid of the ghost?

In Spin the Wheel of Horror, Tyler and his family when a chance to be on his favorite television game show, but this is not any ordinary game show. The host and the audience dress up in monster costumes. On the other hand, are they really monsters?

In the final story, Teenage Sponge Boys from Outer Space, Mac and Becky find out that their new friends Dirk and Deke are sponge aliens from outer space.

I stumbled upon this book at a thrift store last month. The first story, The Ghostly Granny, is the best story of the trilogy. It is a fun scary tale. Spin the Wheel of Horror reminds me of Goosebumps: One Day in Horrorland. My least favorite is Teenage Sponge Boys from Outer Space; it does not fit in with the other two. Overall, I enjoyed reading these tales.
