Why Are Women With British Accents So Attractive?

I didn't realize today was the 2nd until I glanced at the calendar a few minutes ago and noticed that I needed to change the month to March. I've had a long week with very little sleep. All my blogging, reviewing, and freelance writing projects have been shoved into a late at night schedule (usually past  midnight), which is the #1 reason why I missed hours of sleep this week. When I do try to sleep, I tend to wake up after 90 minutes or so, fully awake! I guess I just have too many things on my mind right now.

If you have read any of my recent ramblings, you would know that I started collecting Funko Pop!s at the end of December. Now I've started collecting a few Hasbro Star Wars: The Black Series 6" action figures. Well, I wouldn't call it a collection yet, as there are only three in my collection so far - Guavian, Sergent Jyn Erso, and Kanan Jarrus. I wasn't planning on collecting these, but I found them on sale at my local Walmart for $5 each. So, I thought, "Why Not!" Probably my favorite from three would be "Jyn Erso," a character from Rogue One. I also have a Funko Pop! bobble head of the character.

Why do I like Jyn so much?

Well, it probably has something to do with the act that I have a slight crush on Felicity Jones, the actress who played Jyn. Yes, it's quite normal to have crushes on a celebrities, but it seems that all the actresses that I currently like are British. My favorite actresses are Hayley Atwell, Olivia Cooke, Daisy Ridley, Jenna Coleman, Keria Knightley, and Emilia Clarke. I don't why! I have no idea how to explain this phenomenon!

Well, maybe it has something to do with their British accents!

If anyone recalls, I've discussed about trying out online dating, which I have never actually signed up for an account on any dating site yet. I've thought it about, but my procrastination always kicks in (or my fear of rejection) and I never get around to creating a profile.

The dating sites that were appealing to me were the ones with either a "geeky" or "bookish" themes, as I thought I would have a better chance at finding a suitable match on one of these. However, after thinking about it a bit, maybe I should look at international dating. Yes, I know I have said in the past that I didn't want a long-distant relationship, but I am attracted to British women. There are probably many long-distant dating sites out there. So, maybe, I should do an internet search for London dating or Manchester dating.

What the harm right?

Worst case scenario, if I do find a Cornwall dating or Wiltshire dating match and things don't work out, maybe I can least stay friends or pen pals with her.

To tell you the truth, England is one of the countries that I've always dreamed of visiting. I have a friend who visited London twice and she keeps putting her vacation photos on Facebook. I hate to admit this, but I've always been slightly jealous that she got to visit the UK and I didn't.

Hey, you never know, maybe I'll take a trip to the UK one day (or even move there). While I'm there I might try to do some Gloucestershire dating. You never know, maybe I'll meet the love of my life in the UK.
