This can lead to memory problems, loss of appetite, muscle weakness, muscle cramps, tremors, anxiety, irregular heartbeat, and many other health problems.The Relax & Restore is meant to relieve stress, calm your body & mind, helps give you a better night's sleep, and restore your body's optimal magnesium levels.I was sent all three flavors to test out for this Holiday Gift Guide post. Each container has approximately 50 servings with 350 mg of Magnesium per serving. One teaspoon of the powder needs to be mixed with 8 ounces of water. It's meant to be taken right before bedtime.The Original has a very bland taste that takes awhile to get use to. The Orange Dreamsicle and Raspberry Lemon both have a better taste, but just like the Original, the flavors take awhile to adjust to. Once the powder is mixed, it will fizz up quite a bit.Like any other supplement, it takes awhile to see any results from the Relax & Restore, though I did feel a bit calm after the first drink.Overall, I do like the Relax & Restore: Whole Food Magnesium. It's a nice little fizzy drink you can enjoy at the end of a tough day.
