Private Gym Review



For males, as we get older our pelvic muscles become weaker, which can cause multiple problems, such as premature ejaculations and rigid erections. The Journal of Urology stated that by age 40, more than 50% of men experience some kind of erectile dysfunction and the percentage increases 16% as males near the 60 year mark. Just like your other muscles, the pelvic muscle can be trained through exercises and resistance training, which over time will help strengthen your pelvic so you can conquer your erectile dysfunctions.

While there are many Kegel Exercisers on the market for women, there haven't been a stystem created for men until now thanks to the Private Gym, the first FDA registered pelvic exercise program. With the interactive DVD exercise program, you'll learn how to do Kegel exercises in four weeks (three to four days a week) of Basic Training. The exercises starts around 10 minutes for the first week and gradually increases to 24 minutes by week 4. The exercises tells you exactly when and how long to squeeze your pelvic muscle. All of this gets you prepared for month two, Resistance Training. This time the exercises start at 7 minutes and moves up to about 10 minutes. The only differences is that you'll be using the Resistance Ring on your erect penis. When needed, you can add the magnetic weight, so bascially it's just like lifiting weights for your biceps, except you'll be exercising your pelvic muscle. Other add on weights are avaible to purchase, if needed.

Overall, I'm exteremly impressed with the Private Gym program. The team behind the program did a lot of scientific research to create a system that will actually help men rebuild their pelvic muscle.
