Bloggers of the Week: Take Me Away and Blethering About Books.
Question of the Week: What is the first thing you would do if you woke up to find yourself in your favorite book?
My Answer: My top favorite books are The Haunting of Hill House, Animal Farm, and Six-Horse Hitch. I would never want to wake up inside a haunted house, talking animals would freak me out, and I can't shoot a gun or ride a horse, so I wouldn't want to be in Six-Horse Hitch either. I'm a fan of the Southern Vampire Mysteries and Vampire Diaries, so if I woke in one of those worlds, I would automatically get me some holy water, a silver cross, and several wooden stakes.

That would definitely be a good idea. :D Old follower. My FF post is at either Musings on Fantasia or LKHill. Happy Friday! :D
Lot's of my favorite books are not set in safe worlds either. I don't think I'd last a day in a lot of them.

Haha good answers. I don't know what I'll do if I lived in a world with vampires.

LoL, awesome answers! I love Fahrenheit 451, but waking up in that world would be horrible! That being said, if I woke up in the Southern Vampire Mysteries, I would jump Eric >;)

lol, great idea with the holy water. And you're right, I wouldn't want to wake up in any of those worlds, either. Sometimes, I think it's best just to read the books lol. Happy reading :)

I love Vampire Diaries the show, but I heard the books were not as good. I've been thinking of reading them anyway :) Great blog!
@Danielle Dore
The original books by L.J. Smith are better than the TV series. I like the TV version, but I have been issues with it. The last three books are written by a ghostwriter and aren't as good as L.J. Smith's books.

Please, No Blog Awards. I'm honored to be nominated, but I really don't have time for it.
