This happens to me all the time. And when I do find a pen, it’s out of ink. It doesn't matter if your at work, school, or at home, as this situation can be frustrating, especially when you are in a hurry.
Recently, I got a chance to review the Sharpie Retractable Porous Point Pen in Black, in which I was sent two pens. I know in today's advanced technology with texting, etc, its probably odd to some to be writing everyday by hand, but I am one those people. Whether I'm writing a story idea down, writing a review, or just writing a note, I need a good pen.
I've tried about every kind of pen on the market and I'm impressed with the Sharpie Retractable Pen, despite the fact that is nonrefillable. I like the soft grip, adding comfort for when I am writing, and its fine point tip size. The problem with most porous pens is that the ink smears easily, but with the Sharpie Retractable Pen the ink dries quickly, so it never has time to smear. You don't have to worry about the ink bleeding through a piece of paper either. The ink is acid free (Certified AP nontoxic) and is water-resistant. I don't know about you, but for some reason I always end up breaking the metal clips on pens. I have had the two Sharpie Pens for over a week and I have to say that the metal clips are sturdy as they haven't broken yet.
Overall, I'm more than satisfied and the Sharpie Retractable Porous Pen is now my favorite pen to use.
